Traditional Leaving Certificate
This is a two year programme comprising of the cohort of Fifth Year and Sixth Year Students in the schools. For Senior Cycle studies at Ballinrobe Community School students are offered the range of subjects listed below. Students will study four subjects from the list of option subjects.
Subjects highlighted in blue are following the new Leaving Certicate specification, which means 40% coursework is completed throughout the 2 year programme and there is a 60% final examination.
Students may study Applied Maths in senior cycle if there are enough students interested in Applied Maths.
